You may not be entitled to compensation under EC Regulation 261/2004 if any of the following apply:
❌ Incorrect Passenger or Flight Details
We are unable to process your claim if you’ve entered incorrect flight or passenger information.
Please carefully check your booking confirmation for:
- Passenger name(s)
- Original flight number
- Original scheduled flight date
Note: If you’re claiming on behalf of someone outside your family group, we’ll need their signed written permission.
You cannot claim for passengers under a different booking reference.
❌ Your Flight Arrived Less Than 3 Hours Late
Compensation is only available if the arrival delay is over 3 hours—not the departure delay.
❌ The Disruption Was Caused by ‘Extraordinary Circumstances’
Under EU law, airlines are not required to pay compensation if the delay or cancellation was caused by factors outside their control, even if they took all reasonable measures to prevent it. These are known as “extraordinary circumstances.”
Examples of extraordinary circumstances may include:
